Our lines of custom-made components include:Plastics mould , Die casting mould, Rubber mould, Blow mould, Double mould and so on.We have accumulated more than 10 years experience of mold making based on DME and HASCO standard for USA and European market.We have high speed CNC machines, Wire cutting and EDM machines, CMM, Smartscope and Hardness tester in our tooling shop. We also can provide service of 2D/3D mould design and MoldFlow analysis.
We also provide the plastic molding services. We have 25 sets of plastic injection machines with the tonnage rang from 50T to 1200T.
